With 16 years experience, I have helped numerous clients to improve their use of IT to add value to their businesses. I started my professional activity in KPMG Consulting, where I was involved in SAP implementation projects and ERP systems selections.
From 2001 I led and developed the Information Risk Management practice of KPMG in Romania, offering IT auditing, IT attestation as well as Risk and Compliance services. Subsequently, I developed the IT Advisory practice, coordinating projects in the areas of Business Intelligence, Project Management, Business Process Analysis, ERP and CRM advisory, as well as Security and Continuity.
Later, I led and developed the Performance & Technology department of KPMG (which subsequently became Management Consulting), enlarging the services delivered to clients to include Business Effectiveness Improvement, HR Advisory as well as Shared Services & Outsourcing Solutions. In the last year, new services like Corporate Performance Management and Cloud Readiness Assessments were offered to the market.
